The following is a general example, everything depends on the site conditions. Correct installation must take into account static and dynamic traffic conditions, select the appropriate load-bearing level, and pass long-term testing and comprehensive fluid mechanics calculations.
The size of the excavated trench must be suitable for the prevention and control of the drainage ditch at this moment and the backfill of the concrete structure of parts H and S as shown in the figure below.

The concrete structure of part H must reach the required height. When the load-bearing grade reaches E600-F900, part H requires 8mm steel bars to make 15cmx-15cm grid structure reinforcement. In this step, it is necessary to design a suitable slope for the water inlet on both sides of the drainage ditch.

Starting from the installation of the outlet, fix the bottom first to facilitate the pouring of concrete on the side. Part S selects the appropriate size according to the design drawing requirements. It is recommended that the finished surface of the drainage ditch is 3-5mm lower than the finished surface of the ground on both sides, and the maximum height shall not exceed the finished surface height of the ground. Install the selected cover in advance to prevent deformation caused by pressure from the concrete structure. Same as the second step, the concrete structure on the side also needs to be reinforced (the load-bearing grade E600 and above needs to be equipped with reinforcement)

If a decorative surface needs to be laid, the decorative surface must be 3-5mm higher than the horizontal surface of the ditch.

1. If you encounter a T-shaped or cross-shaped one during construction, you should make it first, and then place the made T-shaped or cross-shaped one in the required position.
2. If the ditch needs to be strictly waterproof, our company recommends using structural silicone. Clean the position where glue is required before use.
3. During construction, our company recommends placing the cover plate on the ditch first, and then grouting both sides of the ditch.
4. If the drainage ditch needs to withstand horizontal pressure (for example: factory pavement, private parking lot, parking deck), expansion joints need to be left in the horizontal direction. The installation of these expansion joints needs to be strictly in accordance with the standards and cannot be close to the drainage ditch.
5. The ditch is connected to the drainage pipe, and the required holes can be opened from the inside of the ditch to the outside using a hole opener.
6. If a covering is required (such as floor tiles, etc.), make sure that the height of the covering must be higher than the horizontal plane of the trench cover.
7. The grade of the cushion concrete should not be lower than C10, and the concrete grade on both sides of the trench should be the same as the surrounding concrete strength, but should not be lower than C20.
